I got dll emulator for rockey4nd 
Q : is this emulator compiled via source code like vusb or done by patch dll in debugger

its compiled like a normal dll, and of you will instruct it to work depends of target if its using native library so you will just need to replace youre rocky4nd dll with original one or if its hardcoded api calls so you will need to debug and hook that calls to youre dll
