need help with reg file

where should this be in the registry after saving as .reg file and double clicking to add to registry?  I show no multikey entry under hkey local machine\system\current control set any help appreciated thanks

on windows 7 x64 bits ?

driver enforcement is running and driver is signed thanks still no go
