hardlock dongle

Hey
Im totaly new and a complete noob
i have 2 hardlock dongle keys for same software but with one i can partelly open some software and the other one is also for a part of that software
is it possible to crack 1 dongle and to use the complete software ore must the both dongles be emulated?
Next question is where can i get a step by step guide because i try to emulate 1dongle and i couldn't do it at al
