Emulator for old Alladin LPT Dongle Empty Emulator for old Alladin LPT Dongle

Post by webzebroid Mon Dec 23, 2013 6:54 am

Hello my Name ist Stefan from Germany,

I want to create a backup of an old LPT dongle and execute it with an emulator.
The software is no longer commercially available, since there is no longer the manufacturer.
I started to work in a company and this state I found so!  Sad

Here is my dump+reg:
4shared.com/zip/H-N4u00f/hl-dump4999.html

-> Seed1=0xE664, Seed2=0xB9E0, Seed3=0x3BDA

With a special hardlock.sys (24kb, downloaded somewhere in Poland) and Alladin Diagnosticx I could see the emulated Hardlock answers with Status Code 0.
However, the response differs from the hardware dongle and the program does not recognize the dongle. The error message is:
Error 7: Hardlock module not found

I also have a hardlock monitor used. The EMU dongle will only send the memory contents in response (corresponding to the content of the mylock.fst, but he does not execute the commands HL-GetInfo etc. from.

I also tested already MultiKey, with Diagnostix I get an answer, when you start the software, unfortunately, again error 7. The monitor Software shows no activity.

I am very frustrated because it does not work.
But now I need your support

I followed these steps:
youtube.com/watch?v=DrvsCcXfdj4

Maybe I need another hardlock.sys file?
If you need more information or the program please let me know.

what means 'only local mode'?

I don't want to start the software over the lan...

can you explain it to me?

It is a Hardlock E-Y-E LPT Dongle, Software and Dongle are on the same machine.

/* -------------------- */
/* Dongle access mode : */
/* -------------------- */
#define LOCAL_DEVICE    1               /* Query local HL only         */
#define NET_DEVICE      2               /* Query remote HL only        */

also make log with the haSploGer or toro logger.
if want - you can show for us the software installer...

Okay, MultiKey does not support HL-Server..
is my dongle a hl-server?
Is there another way to emulate this dongle?
