HL_emul.rar needed,,,, plz

Hi,
I have an old hardlock I need to emulate after a lot of research I stuck at the .reg file step,
So I need the HL_emul.rar to continue the emulation, all the downloads link are broken since it's an old one,
I should be in a All-in-one.rar or something
plz help

Help plz my boss is killing me, I lost the second dongle and we working with 1 pc and the software is ancient and we can't afford the new one,
