How can I Emulate a Hardlock E-Y-E LPT Dongle

Here's my problem I have a Program that uses an old Hardlock LPT Dongle, I have the Dongle and Software but the system I'm trying to run it on dosn't have a LPT Port. I'm new to the whole process of dongle emulating and would like to know how do I dump the dongle to my computer then make a emulator for it.

I have backed up two of the three dongles I have, however I am having a difficulte time with a hardlock eye. I got madad (341b) solved seeds added reg to registry tried to emulate with mk 18.0.3 but doesn't work. Could someone look at my reg and dat to see what it is I'm doing wrong.
