Multikey problem for Dinkey

Multikey version: 20.0.0
Dongle: Dinkey
System: windows 7 x64
Hello everyone! I have some questions to ask, thank you for your support!
Multikey installation is complete, the device manager to normal, virtual USB Multikey. (Test mode)
Get Dinkey Log files, convert Reg, then how do I get "LIC hex" ?
After registration Reg file, Multikey no new USB device (Dinkey dongle), which has a relationship with LIC it?

you can ask MK license from author. or use mk 18.0.3 as free.

oh, I do not know MK costs. MK 18.0.3 seems very difficult to download, it supports X64 yet?
