Hi,  I would like to emulate a Unikey dongle licensed for a software called KCD.  The full package for KCD version 9 can be obtained from KCD Software website online updates page.  I have a USBTrace log at "pastebin.com/8HdyKSjM".  What next?

no free solutions like multikey for this dongle. only custom (non-free)...

You have an emulator ready for my dongle?  How can I get it? 
I would also like to learn more about the encryption.  I have the Unikey SDK.  What kind of calculations do I need to learn to obtain passwords from logs?

The protected software usually don't contains the TEA key.
