vsbus to ?? windows 8.1 64 bit

I own a very outdated software that is about 6-8 years old however I am used to it and want to continue using it. I recently upgraded from windows xp machine that was using vusbus and it works flawlessly.

I spent the past few days reading and trying to get the dongle emulated for windows 8.1 x64. What I have so far is I successfully have a device in my device manager called Virtual USB it has an exclamation mark on it unless I restart in Driver Enforcement Disabled mode.

I have my reg file entered, and I have used multiple versions of MK to attempt to load the and emulate correctly.

What am I missing here?

And yes I am new to this forum, been here for a few weeks, read about 50 percent of this forum, 90% of reteam board which seems to be pretty quite with not to many new contributions.
