Hardlock E-Y-E - WinXP Empty Hardlock E-Y-E - WinXP

Post by Firewalker Wed Jul 23, 2014 9:43 pm

Hi Everyone,

This is my first post and I've really enjoyed reading through the forums.
I've been able to dump and emulate using Multikey in XP and Win7-64bit.
I'm trying to emulate an older LPT Hardlock E-Y-E dongle.

Here's what I've done so far.

The emulation will be done in Win7 on a virtual machine - Windows XP Mode 32Bit

1. Loaded HASP HL 5.2 drivers
2. Used Toro to obtain the MODAD
3. Dumped the contents using  HL-dump - Generating the *.dat and *.reg file
4. Installed the *.reg file
5. Opened multikey32\install.cmd - Drivers installed successfully.

All installs properly but certain functions are not working.

I've been researching and I believe I should have the *.dat through HL-solver for the seeds and then through my mylock_builder.
After which copy the *.reg and mylockfst.fst to the windows\system32 and windows\system32\drivers directory.
Then install hardlock.sys from the (HL_emul.rar).

Unfortunately I'm unable to locate the HL_emul.rar file anywhere.
All the links appear to be dead.

Can some please post a link to HL_emul.rar?

Am I missing something using MultiKey32?

Is there a better way of doing this?

Any help would get greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Firewalker

Thank you very much kjms.
It's greatly appreciated.

Just a quick question, Are there any tutorials I can read over?
I notice that there are significant differences between the original and updated reg file.

Thanks,

Hi there,

I think I have the same dongle type. I will appreciate if someone help me to get it work in both 32 and 64 systems. Also please let me know which Multikey version I should use for 32 and 64 systems.

Here you are the dat and reg files for my dongle:

Dat file: 1drv(dot)ms/XQjVFl
Reg file: 1drv(dot)ms/XQk0J7

Thanks,

Hi,

I'm using Multikey v18.1 32bit and 64bit.
Depending on your OS XP 32bit and Win7 64bit.

Please give this a try.

Besides actually trying it, how can you determine which set of seeds are correct?

Post by usamael2000 Wed Aug 27, 2014 9:45 am

First of all, thank you so much for both Firewalker  and nodongle.biz

the MK 18.0.3 was already installed on my computers (the 32 and 64), so I tried the reg with it.

The 1st seeds set did not work.

Only the 2nd seeds set worked fine.

I just changed the :

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Emulator\Hardlock\Dumps\70D5

TO

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Multikey\Dumps\000070D5

and everything is fine now on both windows 7 (32) and windows 8.1 (64).

I also finally was able to use the HL-Solver to obtain the seeds from the dat file.

Thanks again

Hi hanro,

What kind of dongle are you trying to emulate?
What software did you use to make the dat file?

Dear all,

Thanks for all the help. I just played with the reg file a bit and could emulate the same.

Thank you very much for all your support and help. In the process of struggling with this I learned a lot. It would have not been possible without this forum and help of all the members.

Exetools team had done a great job and made a platform for helping not only newbies like me learn, but also for experts who can tackle new challenges and enhance their skills still further.
