multikey 18.0.3 HASP HL not work with I7 processors

Hi All,

First sorry for my not good english.

I have problem with my new laptop.

All story:

I have two dongles one hardlock and one HASP HL.

They work well on my old laptop HP 8730W intel T9400 processor. 

Now i have new laptop Dell M4800 - Intel I7-4900 processor.

I install Windows 7 SP1 x64 (same like HP one) install multikey aladin drivers 5.10.

And all dongles are recognized but only Hardlock one is work HASP HL is not work (the software say not valid or missing dongle).

Try everything the same to my life laptop Assus Intel I5 processor everithing is OK work.

Try to my one my friend Dell insiron with I7 processor and the problem is coming again.

Software are Athena (plug-in for AutoCad).

I install Windows 7 SP1 x64

Did u enabled windows drivers test mode?

Ok for more clearly

1. Install windows (for three days 5 different version)
2. install all drivers for laptop
3. install Autocad
4. install aladin drivers
5. run DSUB13b (as admin)
 - enable test mode
restart
6. install REG file
7. run install.bat (windows is find all dongles)
8. run DSUB13b sign driver multikey.sys (in system32 dir)
restart

everything is OK another software taht work with HARDLOCK is runing.

install Athena try...NOT work

go in system device USB ... everything are ok.

check with chcmkey all dongels are there..

do everithing to any laptop with different processor from I7 works...

i have 3 PC is works. from 2 years.

what is the software you are trying to work??. which version of multikey you are using??
