Sentinel HL Max version 3.25 Empty Sentinel HL Max version 3.25

I have tried HASPHL2010 and Uni-logger.exe to dump a Sentinel HL Max version 3.25 dongle unsuccesfully. Neither program shows the passwords. In the past, I had success with an older HASP dongle using HASPHL2010. The dongle I want to back up was purchased early this year - are there changes at Sentinel that make this procedure more difficult?

Any ideas would be appreciated.
