How to create emulator help

Anyone help for me i want to create emulator but i do't know to create plz anybody know means plz tell me

tell us the dongle brand and software name. also make the usb trace log for it.

I had this key for an acad addon. I got the reg file, but after a while (and during the usage of the program) it simply stopped working. It was on a 32but win7 machine, and i have a hasp srm key for the same application in my posession. The reg file isnt working on any other machine, and i have win7 64bit now, and ofcourse still nothing. Here is the old reg file that stopped working. You can see the old date Is it time locked? Can anyone extend the period of duration of reg file? I hve original dumps and stuff needed :D
