Steps I've taken:
1 From the control panel deactivated the UAC.
2 With the program "driver signature enforcement overrider" the test mode is activated. 
3 Restart in shell cmd administrator rights "shutdown. exe /r/o/f//t 002". disable the driver signature.
4 installed "Mkbus64" by clicking the _install. cmd file, installed correctly.
5 Start overrider program, and select "Sign a System File", path c: \windows\System32\drivers\Mkbus.sys.

made with MKbus_0.18.2.7

problem: no key found.

I want to make it work in windows 10 64 bit.

It works with Windows XP, Windows 7 32 bit, and Windows 7 64 bit.

Now I don't know why I can't get it to work on Windows 10 64Bit

did you run as admin "_before.cmd"

also secure boot need be disabled from bios.

This command,"_before. cmd" has worked for me, so far working, I'm tapping wood.
