Hasp HL MAX 2.16 Empty Hasp HL MAX 2.16

I have got a Yellow Key of Hasp HL Max 2.16. I have created dump using H5dmp tool and tried creating logs through Toro and Hasploger as well. But The software gets crash if I use it for more than two minutes. It's also generating queries when nothing is being done on it and it never gets end. What does that suppose to mean? Is it generating random queries that will not end at all. How much logs will I be needed?
