If you edit the eeprom of the key you mean by programmer? Or you found a way to do it by usb? On sentinel hl keys works too?

You must check licence file. juste debug licence manager; and decrypt licence file; add your enable modules and crypt again licence files.

RSA signed no idea how you make license meaning v2c from c2v to enable his real dongle features. not possible.
