old hasp4 m1 - you can to use first releases of the vusb-based emulator (Copyright (c) 2004 Chingachguk & Denger2k). or use multikey instead...

original vusb-based emulator will placed some time ago at github if i'm right remember

On x32 use gia_logger by Sataron. On x64 make log with the usb trace (v3.x bad work on w10+. Best result w7 with v2.8 )
