Sentinel SuperPro USB dongle - Update problem

Hi,

Few years ago i made backups (dumps) of Sentinel SuperPro USB dongles using "edgespro11.exe" with default settings. After some time i came to a problem that the USB dongle had to be updated to a newer license. The software that i use for updating allways returns me an error code "UPDATE FAILED: 102". I googled it and found a description of this error that says :"Write failed (key may be defective or may be PC hardware/software problem).

The key still works because software detects it (it can read from it), the problem is with writing.

Could it be the problem that the key was dumped and while that it get damaged somehow?

What do you reccomedn?

Wait, the problem is that i can't update license on USB dongle anymore (if i do that it returns me an error).

At the moment USB dongle has license for V7 and now i need to update software to a newer version. To run that software i need to update my USB dongle with a newer license.

we not see your stuff - soft and dongle dmp. what way for help???

I tried to update my license with Mkbus and i still get an error. Any other ideas?

P.s. Does anyone have any idea why i can't update my usb dongle after dump?

your ssp dongle have counter?

what kind of counter? password?

can i reset this counter..

but software do some update to the dongle when is running, but in emulated, can't do it.

Not right. There is backdoor for reset SuperPro dongle memory (include counters) to zero.
And if you have backup data of this dongle you can write this data again.

Does this backdoor also work on ultrapro aes algo cell locked after bruteforce - in dongle? I mean software after trial passed overwrote one of the algo cells to 0000 and tried to recover the algo value few weeks of bruteforce was locked.

Via backdoor we can reset all memory include DevID.

I have Superpro usb dongle that is blocked for writing, how to use "backdoor" to unlock the dongle?

The Dongle SuperPro USB blocked for writing after using "edgespro11.exe" and now the USB dongle can not updated.
