Trouble with Multikey 32 bit on Windows XP SP3

I have been having the hardest time getting Multikey 32 to work on my Windows XP Laptop. I'm running Windows XP SP3 Pro, My reg file works fine i use the same one on a second Laptop with Windows 10 64bit and Multikey 64 and everything works fine there. Here's what happens on my XP Computer, I merge the Reg file into the registry successfully, then I run the install bat it runs and says it installed the driver successfully but it doesn't show up in the device manager. I've checked driver signing and it's set to ignore and install anyway. I don't know what the problem is, does anyone know a fix for this problem.

in win 10 x64 need test mode ON and driver signed.

It works on my windows 10 computer but it doesn't work on my xp computer

the x64 driver NOT WORK on x32 OS, and x32 on x64

We would have to see if in another pc with xp it works, if I can give you a hand, count on my help
