After following a Master's advice I have converted the dmp to .reg file.  Reg file merged properly to the key address given in the Rengteam dump. 
License file inserted,  windows in test mode and unsigned driver option selected.  I understand that this topic not public. Dongle not found...Please pm if you can share any advice to help??
