Full solution needed

Hi guys.
I`m in need for a full solution on eliminating this dongles.
I tried to do it my self but din`t get anywhere, the price they are charging for a replacement one is too high.
i wanted to just create a backup one, or emulate it to keep the other one safe.
please if anybody here know how to do it. Let me know the cost and how we can proceed.
i have about 4 different program that uses this dongles.
