Im trying to install Multikey 18.0.3 on Windows 8.1 but have no success. 

Does an one know what to do?

some of these archives are trial, so you cannot use the full emulator..
Maybe on win8.1 is working the mk_20.0.0.. good luck

others, try to search with google mk_20.0.0.7z or wait for update links from author of emul
