How to emulate SuperPRO dongle in 64 bit Windows using MultiKey ( Windows 7 64bit, Vista 64bit, XP 64bit)

Important!
You also need access to a 32 bit OS.
If you are using Windows 7 64bit or Windows Vista 64bit, you need to disable driver signing with "Driver Signature Enforcement Overrider" tool (included also in Program package download below or you can download it from original site Download Page. Use this Tool to sign the multikey.sys driver file after installing MultiKey x64, the file is located in C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\multikey.sys
If you don't sign the file, windows wont let you install the driver unsigned. Also with this tool you need to activate Test Mode for Windows.

Programs needed:
- SENTEMUL2007 (if you only have a *.dng dump file)
- MultiKeyEmu x64 v. 0.18.0.3 (with x64 devcon.exe)
- Git's tool dmp2mkey v 2.3 (dmp2mkey.exe)
- PVA v 3.3 (sprodmp.exe)

Where to get all the programs at once (the files are clean, sentemul2007 replaced with original EDGE-FIXED release):

Download Rapidshare.com

Download Hotfile.com

Download Megaupload.com

1. Get the *.dmp dump file from your dongle:
a) if you already have a *.dng dump file:
In 32 bit OS emulate your dongle (start "Sentemul2007.exe" --> install driver --> load dump.dng --> start service)

b) if you have a dongle, move to 2.

2. Still in 32 bit OS, use PVA sprodmp.exe without brute WP option to dump the (emulated) dongle data – you should get a *.dmp file.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

3. Still in 32 bit OS, execute Git's Tool "dmp2mkey.exe" Use to make a *.reg file. Make sure the path is correct, looks like this:

4. Now move to your 64 bit system, there install the .reg file (by doubleclick on it and select “to reg” or right click on it and "Merge"). Then in regedit should look something like this:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

5. Download and install the latest Sentinel Drivers.
5. Make a new folder, example "C:\MultiKey"

6. Copy the files from MultiKey64 folder (MultiKeyEmu) to the "C:\MultiKey\" folder. (in this attached archive the devcon.exe has already been replaced to match the x64 architecture.)

7. In Multikey folder execute "install.cmd". You should get a message in dos window: " Driver Installed Sucessfully." If you get "devcon failed" error, use another devcon.exe (overwrite the old one in MultiKey folder) that matches your PC architecture (amd64, ia64). And if everithing worked out fine you should now see a notification about a new hardware being installed.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
All done! Check in the Device Manager under Universal Serial Bus Controllers, there you should see a SafeNet USB SuperPro/UltraPro installed.

I'm using windows 64_bit devcon .. and I added the below reg to my regedit that was created by the dmp2mkey.exe ..
and I used the dseo13b to sign my multikey.sys file ....
and everything seems to be working fine ...
everything is configured and installed ...
virtual usb multikey is installed and the safenet USB superPro/UltraPro as well
this means that everything is configured correctly ...
but still the software using this sentinel is not working and asking me for the lock key

well, the good news is that I got this working..... but not for more than one computer ...

so, my hardlock is a single user so the key that was taken from it is also a single user ...so is there a way that I can have it for more than one computer ...

when I start the program on the first computer ...it works fine ...but when I try to start it on another at the same time, it won't work ...

so, is there anything to do about this ...

thanks in advance ..

Use multikey with multi pcs, possible to use more computers also, because this is virtual device, not physical device, you install all pcs, this support

emulate SuperPRO dongle in 64 bit Windows using MultiKey Empty Re: emulate SuperPRO dongle in 64 bit Windows using MultiKey

Post by AndromAK Thu Apr 05, 2012 3:08 pm

Hello.

Do step 2 (PVA sprodmp.exe) and step 3 (dmp2mkey.exe) can be done inside a virtual box hosting a 32bits OS, although the computer is a based 64 bits core (Intel Core i5-2300 CPU) ?

All seems to be ok, after reboot with "SafeNet USB SuperPro/UltraPro" well installed and "driver signing proctection" disabled, but my software still talk about a licence problem. With the dongle, off course, there is no problem, so i made something wrong but i don't know what.

So I think it is about the steps 2 and 3 i made in virtual box.

what do you think?

thanks

emulate SuperPRO dongle in 64 bit Windows using MultiKey Empty Re: emulate SuperPRO dongle in 64 bit Windows using MultiKey

Post by stephen67 Fri Apr 06, 2012 10:19 am

I used the Setinal unistaller, which wiped everything out to start from scratch. I delete the entry in the registry. I follow the procedure and used a 32 bit XP machine to do the dump file and the .reg file. then moved over the the win7 x64 machine. installed the reg file from scratch, did the install.cmd, signed the driver, re-booted, did the F8 and my program pops up a box saying no license is available.

Poking around in the program settings, there is an area that it asks license sever options and needs server name and server port. These are set to ponts the sql machine server. Question is and I tried changing the server name to my local machine name, but I am not sure on the port. I left that alone and it does the same thing.

Any ideas?

Post by donglet Wed Jul 11, 2012 1:44 am

Hi everyone,

I have a .dng file and stuck at step 1:

"if you already have a *.dng dump file:
In 32 bit OS emulate your dongle (start "Sentemul2007.exe" --> install driver --> load dump.dng --> start service)"

When i try the above, the "load dump" button is only active after i start the service and afterwards when i load the dump nothing is output from Sentemul2007.

Can anyone please help?
