Superpro Emulation on Windows 8.1

Hi All
Been following board for some time and have set a sside a bit of time to try and emulate my Superpro dongle in Windows 8.1 (Software currently runs on Windows 7 x64)
I have read so many different ways to do this, my first thought is to ask the board members what they feel would be the easiest\best way to do the above.
I did create a .bin file for backup purposes using a program called dumper.exe if this is any help.
