Thank you, I got one similar, also Chingachguk & Denger but it is coded completely in C, this one has also parts in ASM. But thanks anyway, I will do some comparation because the compiler is warning in more locations, I do learn C in the meantime. 
Also I don't understand that some emulators use Q/A tables, looking into this one, there is no tables, it uses just a dump stored in registry.

Now I got a certain idea on these emulators. The  Chingachguk & Denger method is perferable as it emulates the USB connected dongle, not just a windows driver.
But I have found that I would need a Hardlock emulator, not a Hasp one. Is there any way to modify Chingachguk & Denger hasp emultor to emulate the hardlock? Also is there any description of hardlock EYE algorithm, kind of hardlock emulator source code?

Hardlock is different from Hasp, need investigate used functions etc.
