Dongle Write

I have a Hasp HL Max dongle, and would like to alter some code and rewrite to the dongle. Is there Public software available
so i can do this?
I already have the dongle dumped and ready to rewrite.

i think this is not possible to change dongle content
but if you make emulator then you can change content of emulator .
but if you make emulator then you can change content of emulator .

You can change dongle features and RW-RO memory only for vendor that you have Master and developer key.
