I have 2 file .dat & .reg generated by dump fron nodongle.
Now, can I use with multikey?
I think, i need hl-solver, where can i download it?

your dongle dump is empty (all zero), so not anyone can't solve it =)
make valid dump for theme/ imho you dump the dongle emulator

The dump is made of real dongle..
Or should I use another tool

All zero in Code section, because the dumper not opened Hardlock key driver.
You need run the tool under administrative rights.
