Hi all Smile
Im new to this forum and emulating dongles.
one of my softwares work with customized dongle and i really don't know which type is it(but i guess its some type of HID dongle).but it seems its not like traditional dongles.
i attached the dongle, start usbtrace capture and enter my pin code(which you can see it in dump file it is 'usr1') to enter my application and then stop the capture.
i will appreciate any help to emulate this dongle and also appreciate any tutorial in this area.
i uploaded usbtrace log file to be viewed by professionals here: mediafire.com/?94qi3yxjhgjhgj
thanks in advance

wrong log

Make log with USBTrace . Simple manual:

1) Download USBTrace

2) Setup and register USBTrace

3) Run USBTrace

4) Press button with label "Capture hot plugged USB devices"

5) Press button with green arrow

6) Insert dongle to USB

7) Press button with red square

Cool Save log to file

9) In top left corner (in USBTrace) select your

USB device and check it

10) Press button with green arrow

11) Run your program and work with her

12) Press button with red square

13) Save log to file

why is not?

you need make research the dongle protocol (way between the dongle and target software). learn api communications, get the hasp vusbbased (source by Chingachguk & Denger2k) as sample. on finish you write own emulation driver as well.
